Engineers are a key to the development of the country. As a result of the amazing intelligence, skill and development of engineers, the environment we live in today has been created.
Ch. Darkhanbaatar, General Director of Moncon Group LLC, is a gentleman who is doing such a proud work in Mongolia . He graduated from Turkey's Dokuz Eelul University in 2006. Since then, he has been working in the public and private sectors, and then started his own company to implement large-scale projects domestically as well as in foreign markets.
How do you start your morning? How does your day go?
He wakes up as early as possible in the morning at 7:30 a.m., comes to work and organizes and plans the work to be done for the day and for the next 7 days in about an hour. At the beginning of working hours, many people are busy and there are meetings and meetings in a row, so there is no opportunity to pay attention. I usually finish my Qatar Mobile Number List meetings before noon and do sports such as swimming and going to the gym during lunchtime. In the afternoon, he completes extracurricular activities such as visiting the construction site. But in the last two years, more time has been spent on meetings and negotiations than working on the construction site. I think that such a situation has arisen due to the increase in agriculture, education, mining, etc., and the way of working is changing.
He acquired his profession in Turkey and started his career there. How many years did you work there?
When I was a student, I studied in Mongolia for one or two years and if I passed the exam, I could study abroad. At that time, there was a quota of about 20 students of different professions, and if they passed the exam in the first place, they had the opportunity to go abroad. With this opportunity, he went to Turkey in 1998, spent the first two years improving his knowledge of Turkish and English, and then studied civil engineering. While graduating from university, I worked there for about two years in a design and construction company and got a job. At first, after graduating from university, I felt like I had become a great expert, but when I started working in my profession, I felt that I was too young to be an engineer, and I realized what kind of person a civil engineer should be. But people miss their country and family a lot and want to go back home.
